Return and Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within one weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

LineLuxury will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a LineLuxury representative to be defective.

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds can take up to 5-7 business days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

EXCHANGES AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS

Please allow 15 to 20 business days for package transit on returns and exchanges after leaving the warehouse, plus an additional 5-7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The return address is set by default to the facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

We does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 We’ve extended our exchange and return policy to 30 days after purchase. To return or exchange an item, please contact us, so that we can give you specific details on your order and furnish you with an international order return form.

WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS LOST IN THE MAIL?

While rare, if any items have been lost in the mail, no worries. Just let us know and we’ll replace the item. You’ll only be out your time. The rest is on us. Most often we can help find the item, however. So contact us if you are having trouble locating a shipment marked “delivered.” 

You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow.

If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated.

  • Returning dark apparel items may only be swapped for a different dark apparel style of equal or lesser value.
  • Returning light apparel items may only be swapped for a different light apparel style of equal or lesser value.
  • Returning non-apparel items may only be swapped for a similar non-apparel item of equal or lesser value. 

Note: This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
